It happened that inverted the meanings of I and I0 in the absorbance formula. This below is the correct one:
A= -log10(I/I0) = log10(I0/I)
I= transmitted light (that is, after it passed through a specimen)
I0= incident light (before passing into the specimen)
I/I0= T= transmittance
