I just viewed today some student portfolios, and one blurb publication was among them. Excellent quality at affordable price, IMO, and good tools for page design...

Recently there was a publication in a dutch newspaper about
photographers publishing their own books .
They mentioned 'blurb.com' as the one they choose.
