Sorry there's a typo below (previous message): I use 0.32ml 25% -> 0.08ml pure -> 0.8ml 10% -> 10(you) / 0.8(me) = 12.5x Perhaps Kremer's casein is easier to dissolve and/or slightly different than what you were using.
