Thymol Dilution
I bought 10g of Thymol to use as a preservative for gelatin used in carbon transfer. I have read that I should make a 30% solution in alcohol and add a few drops per liter of gelatin to keep the gelatin from turning into a science project in my refrigerator. Does it mater which alcohol I use? I have 70% isopropyl and 95% Everclear ethanol.
