So it's SNOW leopard that is the issue... BTW all this talk of QTR....are you all telling me you use it to print out Word docs, too? This is the thing--when you can't even print out a stupid TEXT document then that is a REAL bear. But right off the bat I realize in my driver I have no color management selected so that is a great start. I am going to do the workaround that you sent the link to until they get this all figured out...but it is really unfortunate that I have to do so. And I suggested to the faculty today to NOT make the switch in the gang lab to either snow leopard or CS4 or else they're gonna have a whole Christmas break of scanner/printer errors to figure out. I don't want to join another group but I think I might have to frequent these Epson lists...it would've saved me a weekend of hell to have asked the question of this list sooner...
