Do you preshrink at a high temperature? I haven't had a problem with
preshrunk paper, but I preshrink at a lukewarm temperature.

Diana,

I think you have it backwards--it worked well when the paper was NOT
pre-shrunk. Henry is having problems with pre-shrunk paper.
