My tests (practically at the dawn of the ice age) showed no particular 
benefit from gold toning for the couple of processes I tried it on (that 
is, over careful toning with other well-tested means) -- except that it's 
VERY impressive to dealers or clients to say 'gold toned.' However, odds 
are they're unable to verify the claim, so you can just as well tell them 
EVERYTHING is gold toned.
