Hi Eric,

I think Katherine and Paul are right the paper that I used was Fab. Art. and it needed a lot more Oxalic acid treatment and for more time before I could work it... and in the ten sheets I treated there would be two or three that showed those ? clumping aggregates substances in the paper. 

PS- you shouldn't have to pay to return the paper- ask for a return sticker from them.. stick to your pistols!
