Very good observations Tom.
I'm skeptical, HP is just another huge multi-national trying to fish
money out of my pocket. At the risk of setting off another battle like
last night, I would note that I and hundreds of thousands of like me no
longer work in the field of photography because of so called digital
photography. Like I said last night, the folks in marketing are now, me
thinks, waking up to realities of the market that for so long they
thought they could control. Indeed, maybe the PR (propagandists) at HP
and other digital concerns are worried by the current trends, especially
among youth, that eschew film, paper and a sink. Hell maybe it has
something to do with the economy (smirk) I don't know.
