Hi Dan,
Well, I feel like I've repeated myself so much here, that I honestly
can't tell if you're being funny or not with this question, so I'll
just assume you're not. :) It is Gamblin PVA, and I personally do
not dilute it (others do), but when I coat it undiluted-- it is a very
thin coat I use. :)
