Chris,

I'll take you on that offer (coming down to Houston). On the more serious side it seems that softer papers like BFK Rives respond better to PVA size. I should try a cold pressed or softer versions of Fabriano.

Side by side comparison, BFK gives crisper, more vivid gum prints then Fabriano.
