Yeah it has been a while. I tried to post something but you
know, my best effort so far was to talk about r(h)um from
Barbados and Haiti...

Well, that page does not look like it's set up to sell license
to thousands of professionals... But the reason is that, if
they have a nice easy site where you can pay for the license,
then I don't see a problem with that EULA! If you are a total
amateur, the price is included with the hardware. If you earn
profits, you pay what you owe to people who put together the
technologies that allow you to earn the profit. But the fact
that they are issuing limited license only and not providing a
way to upgrade the license seems strange.
