[alt-photo] Re: bottom-weighting mats

I center all my prints and frame double the image size, only because I do all my matting and framing myself and it was the way I was taught.

Possible an OCD thing as well, if I see I've measured wrong and it's not center, it bugs me until I redo it ;)
