Geert, as far as I know, Keith mounts his paper on thin aluminum too... (http://unblinkingeye.com/Articles/3CG2/3cg2.html) but he uses the Fusion 4000 tissue and a hot press...? Well, I don't have them, so I use glue, and just leave the paper there on the aluminum sheet...

Dear Jalo,
Thanks for your response.
I am mounting on a thick plate of aluminium. I know you mount them on
offsetplates (?) which are very thin.
This is a possibility, but I have read the article of Keith Taylor who seems
to have a different method.

Hi Geert,
What material are you mounting on? Why do you want to remove the print?

Subject: [alt-photo] gumprints
Dear all,
I am a beginning gum printer and I am trying to use Fusion 4000 to mount my
prints. But I have difficulty removing it afterwards without damaging the
print.
Is there a best way to do this? And I wonder if there is a health issue if
you reheat the print after the process has been completed. This, because of
the fumes.
Geert
