yes, here they are called energy saving bulbs (the EU who banned normal tungsten lamps)
Mine are of type Sanex STD-15 15W, normal E27 socket. Using oiled negs, cyanos take 1h, but a transparency the 20min. Temperaprints take 5min. Tried very little casein prints, and they were as low as 1.5-2min
