[alt-photo] chemical conversion

Hello list members

I want to convert quantity by weight of CdBr2 4H2O to CdBr2. Am I right in
thinking that the maths is 290.23g/mol over 272.22g/mol = 1.07 and I
multiply the CdBr2 4H2O by 1.07 to get the equivalent of CdBr2?
