Here is how I do myself:
I prepare small bottles for 10%, 5% and 2,5% solutions
I take 5 ml from 20%, put it in the 10% bottle ; I add 5 ml of distilled water
After that I take 5 ml form 10% put it in the 5% bottle I add 5 ml of
distilled water
idem for 2,5% solution.
