A 20% solution mixing 1:1 with water will give you a 10% solution. Mixing
your 20% solution 1:3 gives you a 5% solution. Mixing the 20% 1:7 with
water gives 2.5%..
I suggest mixing 1:3 to make a 5% solution then taking a portion of this
and diluting 1:1 to make your 2.5% solution.
