I have used Canson Montval 140 lb CP for gum over cyanotype almost
exclusively for 5 years. I also will occasionally use the Canson Montval
124 lb Rough for some very interesting effects. Both of these Canson
products are very economical. I also might add that I have rarely taken the
time and trouble to size this paper, but when I do, I will use a coat of
Gamblin PVA prior to the last layer of black.
