I once purchased 2kg of casein (powder) from Kremer (has offices both
in Europe and US) for a very reasonable price.

(That's probably a lot more than I will able to use in my whole
remaining time! Best to limit the inconsistency; thanks to that
purchase, I will be always using the same / familiar stuff...)
