Bob,
My tech guy was trouble shooting my problem and did the online chat thing
with Adobe, who directed him to the download. I have had excellent
experience
with the tech support folks at Adobe so maybe give them a try. I really
miss my
Windows XP and rue the day I decided to "upgrade." Windows 7 (64 bit ) has
been
a complete nightmare...mostly incompatible with all my devices. I'm sure
the
Mac people are laughing, rightfully so.
