Appreciate the help.  Just got an email from B&S, per them

"Hi Kurt,
 
Yes, 50ml of A with 50ml of B and dilute with 900ml of water.  After 
each print you can add 10-15ml of gold to the bath to replenish.  the 
thiocyanate isn’t necessary to replenish, so that means you’ll run out of the 
gold chloride first if toning a lot of prints."
