I have read the specifications and have noted that their Bloom was:
360 – 380 (12.50%, 10°C, 17h)
Usually Bloom is measured on a 6.67% solution (see for example
http://www.gelatin-gmia.com/images/GMIA_Gelatin_Manual_2012.pdf , page 11).
In this same manual, page 8, there is a diagram showing the relation between 
Bloom and concentration. One can argue that 360-380 Bloom at 10% is roughly 
half at 6.67%.
