[alt-photo] Re: book release

You guys are sweet :)
Unfortunately I send from a fulfillment center in another state so I cannot kiss nor sign the books. 
One thing I have to mention is that the price depends completely on whether the book can fit in a flat rate priority padded envelope. It is 2.7lb and 3/4 inch thick (EPW is 1.9 and 1/2 inch thick) so I am waiting with 'bated breath to see, because otherwise the shipping will be exorbitant out of the country. When shipping equals the book price something is very wrong...
