DEAR CHRIS,
	No sympathy from me on shipping.  Living in Barbados with a Trinidad
publisher, unless you are willing to wait months, the cost of shipping is
ALWAYS high from my part of the world.  Same is true in the other direction;
getting materials.  You should see what a package of paper costs including
shipping...easily doubles price!

Unfortunately I send from a fulfillment center in another state so I cannot
kiss nor sign the books. 
One thing I have to mention is that the price depends completely on whether
the book can fit in a flat rate priority padded envelope. It is 2.7lb and
3/4 inch thick (EPW is 1.9 and 1/2 inch thick) so I am waiting with 'bated
breath to see, because otherwise the shipping will be exorbitant out of the
country. When shipping equals the book price something is very wrong...
