DEAR LIST (Christine and/or Diane)

     I think Christina Anderson helped me with this in the past...or was it
Diane Bloomfield?  For some strange reason we in Barbados cannot down-load
"e-versions" of books from Google Books but you can in the US.
     I need the following publication for some research I am doing for an
APIS presentation.  Can you download it and e-mail it to me?  I can received
any attachment up to 10 megs and, as this is a PDF, it will be much smaller.
