     Thanks for your reply.  I would use Abe but, as you know, time is very
short before the APIS presentation and, even by air, it would take too long
to receive them here in Barbados.
*****Please note:  Though you in the US can download things from Google
Books, for some strange reason we in Barbados (and the Caribbean?) cannot.
      That is why I am begging of you, yes begging you, to please download
that document in the link I sent you from Google books and send me the doc
as an attachment.  Can you (or anyone else on the list) help me with this?
