Judy, the standard dichromate bleach "remover" for reversal processes
is sodium sulfite. I've also used Sprint's Hypo Eliminator. You can
probably also get by with Kodak's Hypo Clearning Agent.
If the dichromate has re-halogenized the image silver, you can just
redevelop it.
