You're right, gases can grow overnight. However, one of my fellow
teachers covers his trays with a plastic wrap used for the kitchen. Just
use enough to pull off and cover the tray and overlap the edges. it is a
virtual airtight seal and you can acutally leave, say, a developer like
for a couple of days if it has not been too used.
