If you are talking about Dan Burkholder's book, Making Digital Negatives for
Contact Printing, I have it here before me so here goes:
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1 What the Process is All About
2 Calibrate, Calibrate, Calibrate
3 Input:Getting an Image in the Computer
4 Working in the Digital Darkroom
5 Output:Getting ready to go to the Imagesetter
6 Printing your Digital Negative
7 Troubleshooting
8 Additional Techniques
Plus Floppy disks for both Mac and Windows platforms and a calibration print
The book is written for Adobe Photoshop . It really looks very step by step
simple. Our problem is we have Corel Photopaint, plus to much else to do, so
haven't had the time to road test the book, but Dan claims in the preface, he
did rode test it on students at a local University. Good luck, Janet Flohr,
the hare of Hare and Hound.
