list failure

Hi all,
There was a 15 - 20 minute period about an hour ago during which
stuff posted to the list would have been bounced back to you with a
failure saying something about "catmail not found". I broke the list a
bit, and have since fixed it, so please report.
It's unlikely there was much traffic that got lost, as it is the
middle of the night for most of you :-)
