A variant to Klaus's idea of transferring an image to cement would be to use
the "diffusion" material used to transfer photocopied images (usually color)
onto fabric. The color copy is made onto the diffusion sheet and then it is
placed face down onto the receiving surface. Heat is applied to the back and
the image transfers. The draw back is the largest size this paper comes in is
8.5x11 inches and each sheet is about $4.
