In your last post you mentioned James Reilly's book but not ISBN #
It is : #0-87992-014-9 for paper AND 0-87992-020-3 for cloth binding
The book was published by Light Impressions Corp. Box 3012, Rochester NY
14614 (address from book).
It was published in 1980.
I'd think "Photographers Place" in NYC would have it.
