I spoke with David Lewis this morning. You can purchase his book directly
from him. The cost is $44.95 in U.S. funds to cover the book and postage.

David also mentioned that he has access to non-super coated double weight
paper. This paper would be appropriate for Bromoil and Carbo and is for
sale.
