I suspect our new listproc is a "knowledge is free" militant, since my
first comment arrived after my second, impairing the inevitability of my
explanations. Of course for all I know both of you (and any sympathisers)
have been instantly converted by the power of the argument so I omit
further comments about claiming the intellectual property of others as by
right...
