paper for oil prints

As you know, most modern silver paper is supercoated with a hard gelatine
which makes it difficult to get a rich oil or bromoil print. I wondered
if the new Centennial DW P.O.P. paper from Chicago Albumen Works is a
good candidate for this process. Is the gelatine soft or too soft?
I'd like to make 11 x 14 oil prints so the slow speed of the P.O.P. is not
a problem.
Thanks for any imput.
