fish glue

Suppose I wanted to make some fish glue... I assume the recipe is to
boil fish bones and fish skin essentially forever, maybe switching to a
double boiler as it gets thick?

Any fish parts to be avoided, glue wise? What part of the horse
did they use (or do they today)?
