Hmmm...what is leaf gelatine? When I tried making a plain gelatine coating the
coating dried very unevenly, but this test was done on a plastic sheet rather
than paper. I would guess that the paper would hold the gelatine better, but am
also wondering if the kind of gelatine used also makes a difference. I was
using food grade (knox) gelatine.
