Well yes I do have black borders, but I don't think I'm getting any heavy
staining. I think I'm familiar with what you are talking about and I don't
think it's there, at least not strongly. I'll try masking tomorrow and see
what happens. In my gold toning method, I've also gotten a yellow stain as well.
