You should not have to apoligize for anything. Your original message
was short and would have taken about 1/20th of a second to delete for
anyone not interested in responding, either because of nothing to
contribute to the discussion, or because your question was deemed to
be too simplistic. It certainly cost me no time or money.

On the other hand, the rejoinder by Klaus and subsequent responses
(including, helas, this one, have occupied quite a bit of band width.
Perhaps he (and I) are the ones to apologize for getting off topic.

This newsgroup is one of the richest sources of information (sorry,
th richest) in the world on the alternative processes. One ought to be
able to afford a little down-loading cost without complaint.
