The French tend to be very loquacious, articulate, etc., and I am not very
good at translating this kind of verbose, "on the fly". I would have had to
interrupt them every 15 words or so, which would have been one tenth of the
way through some sort of philosophical statement, so I didn't do it. In the
end, you got the Reader's Digest version... A professional interpreter
could do a much better as far as translating any philosophical "buffalo
feathers" (to use a Canadian expression;-)) but wouldn't be as good with
the technical terminology...You can't have everything...
