buying Gum Arabic

Hello Gum people,
I need to buy some gum.
A graphic supply house will sell a gal. of 14 baume for $21.00. It's called
Senefelder's Gum solution.
The photographic chemical place in Montana wants $50.00
Will the graphic brand work OK for gum prints ? Is there a prefered way to
store a gal of gum which would last me for a long time (too long?). Put it
in the frig.? The graphic supply brand is 14 baume with only a
preservative added.Daniel Smith also sells a "high" grade for about $32/gal
Any imput will be helpful!
