The Wilcox "Guide to the best Watercolor Paints" by Artways Publishing
is available from Twinrocker (1-800-757-TWIN for orders only,
1-317-563-3119 for infor). Their address is Twinrocker Handmade Paper,
P.O. Box 413, Brookston, IN 47923.

Their latest catalog contains four books by Wilcox, the "Guide" for
$24.95, the "Paint Selection Workbook" for $15.95 so you can do your own
recording for unlisted pigments on your own papers, the book "Blue and
Yellow Don't Make Greeen" (how to mix the color you really want) for
$24.95, and the companion workbook, "Color Mixing Workbook" for $15.95.

They pay shipping, except for paper pulp. My wife makes here own
watercolor paper, and gets the pulp from them. They are very nice to
work with, and even will give papermaking workshops if you can get a
group together to make it worth while.

Our daughter lives thirty miles from Brookston, so we stop in
periodically to buy paper.
