Well of course, just using a mercuric chloride intensifier pretty
much guarantees that you won't remember it accurately :-)

Actually, for all I know, there may have been a "Victor's Mercury
Intensifier," it's just that I never encountered a packaged version
similar to the chrome one. I'd sort of be shocked though, because even
back in those carefree days, the danger of mercuric chloride was pretty
widely accepted.
