I seem to be recommending this book a lot lately, but see if you can
locate a copy of Gassan's "Handbook for Contemporary Photography" (4th
ed). It has been op for a decade or more now, but you might find used
copies for sale or in the library. It has a reasonably good section on
making enlarged negatives, positives, and halftones for various
non-silver processes. The organization of the material is somewhat
chaotic, but if you know what you are looking for and are persistent,
it is a good resource. At least there is less math than BTZS.
