A few version in grams:

Gelatin 225 100-130 100

Water 675 400 300-400

Sugar 30-60 20 25

Soap 25 12 0

Colorant* 24 3-6 2-5

Glycerol 5 (if necessary)

* Up to the color and the quality of material.

I used double weight fiber photopaper base material and gelatine sized
normal drawing paper.
