Knox food gealtin is a medium hard gelatin. I would try about an 8%
gelatin solution (80g of gelatin to 1000ml of water) if the room
where you coat the tissue is at about 70 degrees F. If the coating
solution sets to fast to spread evenely, try a 6-7% solution.
