Yes this is the next logical step, the problem is we know so little of what
actually goes on inside the Dichromate colloid emulsion.

Yes we do find that a lot of accepted truths do not stand up to close
practical scrutiny, as you have found out in the Paul Anderson tests for
pigment stain, and many others
