To those who asked about HCl , EDTA and sharpness.
I, and others, have noticed that if you compare a print cleared in HCl with one
cleared in EDTA, the EDTA print appears sharper than the HCl print. My
assumption has been that this is because the HCl does something unpleasant to
the paper fibers.
