I have never met anybody who thought that. But it is true that the RPS has a
very impressive collection of Secessionist images which anybody interested in
the development of alt processes should make an effort to see.
I am not sure that it is constructive to think of any country as 'leader'.
There are different currents making their contribution to the common stream
around the world. In the past the peak in one country may differ from that in
another but now things are becoming more homogenised.
